Just putting this out there - I'm looking for at least three weekends besides the rally of getting my adventure on. What weekends work well for everyone?

Trying to get the new house finished and moved in by the end of March . After that I should be up for a couple trips and have a pretty flexible schedule.
Stay back , see it all !!!

I should be pretty open.  I think I will start a new thread about this, but I am going to go explore southern NM 3/7-3/15 if anyone wants to meet up on that.

Right now these are the dates:

March 14-15, Devils Den area. 14th will be medium trails. 15th will be a hard trail. Tight, scratchy... Perfect. All welcome on saturday, sunday no challenge participants and must have little care for scratches.

March 28-29, TBD. Challenge participants will be asked not to attend, making sure some trails are still open. I'll head that way after work on the 27th and either camp or be there early Saturday. This one will be run and gun, 4 vehicle limit.

April 25th-26th. Again, head down after work on Friday. Will probably start in the Jasper, AR area to check in on that area... Do Woolum, east side of the Ozarks. Aside from the Woolum crossing, this one will be mild. Great beginner trip. No vehicle limit.

I might have to cash in some of my "family free time" credit for that first march weekend. That April trip sounds like a good weekend to bring the family and trailer out.

The april trip woul be good for me.  The March one is a bit further for me.  When you say harder, what modifications would be recommended?  Do you have link that shows the trail?

Which March one? Both will see water crossing in the 30" range.

Saturday will be fine for any decent 4wd. Sunday will have one crossing typically in the 36-40" range. If water is flowing swiftly the trail is not passable.

How deep is the water crossing in the april run.  I have you tubed it a bit, seems like one side is shallower than the other.  My TJ has about 4 inces of lift on 34 inch tires, stock air intake.   How many miles is the run?

I'd say we would run no more than 150 miles. Everything is water level dependant.

Are there bypasses if the water level is too high?  Sorry for all the questions this will be our first off road adventure of this type.

Woolum has a bypass but it's about 20 miles more pavement.
