What HAM device do I want if...

I want to a semi-mobile install that I can transfer between two vehicles?

I think they also had an article a while back that talked about lots of different radios.

You can purchase it without a license, you just can't use it without a licence.  I bought one about a month ago. Still working on the license.

I was thinking about this today and it seems like you could make any radio semi-mobile with the right mount and some easy disconnect wires.
